Wyman’s Fruit Leather

- 2 cups Wyman’s Triple Berry Blend
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Preheat the oven to 170℉ (or the lowest setting on your oven). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat (preferred) or a sheet of parchment paper.
Defrost the Wyman’s Triple Berry Blend berries and blend till very smooth in a blender. Optionally, strain the mixture to remove seeds.
Spread liquid in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake, turning hourly, for ~3 hours (in convection ovens) or ~4 hours (standard). The leather is done when it’s no longer wet and sticky to the touch. If you would like to cut shapes into the leather it is easiest to do while hot. Another option is to cut the leather into strips and tie them in rolls.
