Tropical Fruit Daiquiris
Recipe by Lauryn Smith for Wyman’s
While many daiquiri recipes call for added sugar, the best part about this version is with limeade and the fruit provide plenty of natural sweetness. Enjoy!
- ⅓ a bag of Wyman’s frozen Tropical Fruit blend (12-ounces)
- 1 cup light rum
- ½ cup limeade (I use Newman’s Own Limeade, but Simply Limeade is also widely available)
- Garnish (optional) – lime wheel and/or pineapple slice
Pour the fruit, rum and limeade in a blender and blend until smooth. I really love the chunks of coconut in these daiquiris from the Tropical Berry & Coconut blend, but just keep the blender going a little longer if you prefer smaller bits of coconut!
