Immune Boosting Yogurt Bowl

Fermented foods like yogurt are often recommended for supporting immune system function because they provide beneficial probiotic bacteria. This yogurt bowl also boasts gut-healthy fiber from the chia seeds and wild blueberries, plus an extra immune-boosting antioxidant boost from the berries. Enjoy it as a quick easy breakfast or substantial snack.


  •   ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  •   1 tablespoon chia seeds
  •   ¾ cup Wyman’s wild blueberries, thawed or still frozen
  •   optional: 1 teaspoon of your favorite nut or seed butter or a tablespoon of sliced almonds


  1. Mix together yogurt and chia seeds.
  2. Top with blueberries and other desired toppings. Enjoy immediately or mix the ingredients together and store, covered in the fridge.
